4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

8upb supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The payment method used for deposits must match the method used for withdrawals
• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 8upb may place a hold on funds until verification is complete.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only
• After receiving a bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the specified wagering requirement (typically 20x–30x) has been met.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• 8upb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• In any bonus-related dispute, 8upb's decision shall be considered final.

6 Gaming Rules

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round will be voided and the wager will be refunded

• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Harassing or intimidating other players

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

• 8upb may close an account without notice in the event of a rule violation
• An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Funds in accounts closed due to fraud may be forfeited
• Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned within 5–7 business days after verification.

8upb reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website, and the date of the update will be shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
